Pool and spa reopened after getting resurfaced along with new tilePlayground (Clubhouse) repairs including new paint new rubber mulch;
Vincas (annual flowers) added throughout propertySidewalk milling (uneven in common areas); avoid tripping hazards
Landscape permanent soffit channel LED lights (security/holiday) with Outdoor Lighting that uses Gemstone products. For clubhouse, guard house, monuments, main entrance, etc.

  • Giant Bullrush in lakes was trimmed at the end of December.
  • Painting of the entrance structures at both North and South entrances
  • Internet (public WiFi) fixed so residents can now use it again at or around the clubhouse
  • Several gate hinges around pool were replaced and/or repaired

  • TOJ roadwork impacting the North (main) Entrance and Exit has been completed.  Traffic has resumed back to normal. 
  • Painting of the entrance structures at both North and South entrances have been completed.
  • New light fixtures have been replaced at the North and South entrances and clubhouse.
  • Royal Palm has been replaced by South entrance.  
  • Winter Flowers have been installed.

  • Replaced Barcode Scanner at South Gate.
  • Repaired stamped concrete at the Main Entrance.
  • Added sod to close tree rings
  • Fixed parking lot light by tennis court
  • Replaced Reflectors on vehicular gates.
  • Replaced the pump for the spa.

  • Repaired HOA Golf Cart and Planning for Replacement.

  • Fountain Lights Replaced.
  • Landscape Survey Conducted and held High Level Meeting with Annco to discuss results.
  • Located and Repaired Water Leak.
