Completed Items*

  • Replaced Barcode Scanner at South Gate.
  • Repaired stamped concrete at the Main Entrance.
  • Added sod to close tree rings
  • Fixed parking lot light by tennis court
  • Replaced Reflectors on vehicular gates.
  • Replaced the pump for the spa.

In-Progress Items*

  • Fix leak in irrigation water line by South Playground – scheduled to be completed and closed prior to Halloween.
  • Replacement of lights at the clubhouse and both entrance structures – scheduled for this week.
  • Re-Painting of Entrance structures on both entrances – scheduled for next week.
  • Installation of winter flowers – scheduled for the following week
  • Installation of flowers in urns – scheduled for the following week
  • Mulch Community
  • Fixing loose/broken tiles in the pool.
  • Fixing the pedestrian gates so they close properly.
  • Replacement of irrigation pump on North side.
  • Replacement of Royal Palm by south entrance.
  • Pressure washing of common areas.
  • Working with vendor to clear overgrowth in lakes, including trimming the Giant Bullrush.

REMINDERS

Pets
a) Pets must always on leashes when outside your property lines.
b) Pick up and dispose of your pet’s waste.

Landscape
a) If you want to opt-out of services, a Landscape Service Modification Form must be submitted to the office.
b) Landscape beds must not be barren and should have mulch, rock, etc.

Miscellaneous
a) Trash cans and recycling bins should not be stored and visible from outside the
home.
b) Bulk Trash pickup is every Wednesday.  Do not place bulk trash out prior to
Tuesday night (6 pm).
c) The speed limit within Rialto is 20mph.  Please do not exceed this speed and be sure to pay attention (not texting) when driving.
d) All Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles must be registered with the office.
e) Golf carts can only be driven by someone at least 15 years old with a learner’s
permit or age 16+ with a valid driver’s license.
f) Parking is prohibited on swales and sidewalks.
