The safety and wellbeing of our community is a priority. With this in mind, homeowners should be aware that Rialto has two primary expectations related to Golf Cart and Low Speed Vehicle ownership:

1. All Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles must abide by the Golf Cart and Low Speed Vehicle policy [please refer to the RIALTO Golf Cart and Low Speed Vehicle rules and regulations policy], and
2. All Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles regardless of date purchased, must be registered with the RIALTO HOA.

Due to an increase in the number of carts on our roads, and the associated danger to cart occupants, pedestrians, and other drivers, we are undertaking a mandatory community wide registration process.

Any non-registered Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles will be subject to the Covenants Enforcement rules and a fine schedule will apply, a Fine of $100 per day until remedied and a suspension of privileges will be enforced.

We ask everyone to do the right thing, help us avoid unnecessary administrative time and register their Golf Cart or Low Speed Vehicle. This will help ensure Rialto is safe for everyone and a great community for us all to enjoy.
