NOVEMBER 2024

Completed Items*

  • TOJ roadwork impacting the North (main) Entrance and Exit has been completed.  Traffic has resumed back to normal. 
  • Painting of the entrance structures at both North and South entrances have been completed.
  • New light fixtures have been replaced at the North and South entrances and clubhouse.
  • Royal Palm has been replaced by South entrance.  
  • Winter Flowers have been installed.
  • Acid wash completed and broken tiles fixed in the pool & spa.

In-Progress Items*

-Sod damaged by Annco:  All residents should run their irrigation systems as our community has been dry. Many areas have come back naturally but for the areas that are still struggling, replacements will begin 11/25/24 during Annco’s off week for mowing. 

-Flowers to be installed in Urns the week of 11/25/24 

-Holiday lights will be turned on 11/30/24.

-Giant Bullrush in lakes to be trimmed the second week of December.

-Mulching of community will begin tentatively on December 15th. This could begin sooner depending on the vendor’s schedule.  

-Pressure washing of common areas will begin the second week of January. 

-North Irrigation Pump to be replaced, date TBD

OCTOBER 2024

Completed Items*

  • Replaced Barcode Scanner at South Gate.
  • Repaired stamped concrete at the Main Entrance.
  • Added sod to close tree rings
  • Fixed parking lot light by tennis court
  • Replaced Reflectors on vehicular gates.
  • Replaced the pump for the spa.

In-Progress Items*

  • Fix leak in irrigation water line by South Playground – scheduled to be completed and closed prior to Halloween.
  • Replacement of lights at the clubhouse and both entrance structures – scheduled for this week.
  • Re-Painting of Entrance structures on both entrances – scheduled for next week.
  • Installation of winter flowers – scheduled for the following week
  • Installation of flowers in urns – scheduled for the following week

  • Fixing loose/broken tiles in the pool.
  • Fixing the pedestrian gates so they close properly.
  • Replacement of irrigation pump on North side.
  • Replacement of Royal Palm by south entrance.

  • Working with vendor to clear overgrowth in lakes, including trimming the Giant Bullrush.

  • Repaired HOA Golf Cart and Planning for Replacement.
  • Repainted Fire Hydrants.
  • Replaced Bar Scanner Enclosure at South Entrance.
  • Fountain Lights Replaced.
  • Landscape Survey Conducted and held High Level Meeting with Annco to discuss results.
  • Located and Repaired Water Leak.

  • Working with Vendor to Clear Overgrowth in Lakes, including Trimming Giant Bullrush.
  • Addition of Sod to close Tree Rings.
  • Re-Painting of all six (6) Structures at both Entrances.
  • Pressure Washing of common areas.
