New Security Cameras:

To help improve security, new security cameras were installed on the Tennis & Basketball courts which provides views of all the courts and the parking lot. In addition, new cameras were installed outside the clubhouse.

North Gate:

The North Entrance Gate improvements is was completed September 2023!

The purpose of this project was to improve access for both residents and visitors.
The BAI barcode reader and barrier arms were relocated to allow much needed staggering between the resident and visitor lanes.

The arms will work independently, creating a visitor access lane and a resident access lane. These changes will eliminate the need for the memory system and provide greater control of the gate arms. This will also make it much more difficult to tailgate and help reduce the number of broken arms as a result.

Fitness Center:

Our community has a contract with Fitness Smith. Lang management is working with the vendor to identify and evaluate replacement of certain gym items such as the benches. More to come at a later date.

Community pool area:

Two new TVs were purchased as replacements for the ones that exist today (estimate to be done by end of Jan 2024).

In addition, all the chaise chairs have been re-webbed.

Finally, in mid 2023, our community purchased 5 new umbrellas, including 2 cantilever ones. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SHUT ALL UMBRELLAS AFTER YOU ARE DONE WITH THEM.
